About Dr. Johnathan Brown

Johnathan, born and raised in Nederland, TX has made Pearland his home for the last 10 years. Dr. Brown is the former owner of Pearland Vision Center. Johnathan received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2012 and is also an alumnus of the Aggie class of 2008. Dr. Brown is board-certified in all aspects of Optometry; he enjoys working with everyone in your family, from children who need the best possible vision for school to the more mature patients requiring Diabetic eye exams and more. Dr. Brown's specialties include foreign body removal, contact lens evaluations, and dry eye disease. He is also a sports vision therapist with specific golf expertise in putting as a Putt Doctor Associate. His professional interests include a specialty in therapeutic glaucoma treatment & future advances in technology. Dr. Brown can conduct eye exams in English and Spanish and is eager for his patients to help him gain fluency. Dr. Brown is married to Dr. Jobeth Brown, a local Pediatrician. They have two beautiful young daughters, Isla and Zoe, and a whole host of animals, including one dog and three cats.
