Your insurance benefits may only cover glasses once a year, so reduce any extra out-of-pocket spend on a new pair with the Eyewear Protection Plan.

What's Covered

Your coverage begins on the original purchase date and is valid for 1 year (12 months) after the purchase date.

  • Damaged or broken glasses. We'll repair or replace your frames and/or lenses at no additional cost once a year.**
  • Prescription change. If your prescription changes within six months of your eye exam, we will update your prescription and provide you with new lenses at 50% off the cost of replacement.
  • Lost or stolen glasses. You can receive up to 50% off of new eyeglasses if your glasses are lost or stolen. 
  • Adjustments. If your new glasses don’t feel right after you bring them home, stop by any MyEyeDr. office and we’ll be happy to make any adjustments.

Terms & Conditions

*Actual cost equals $2.08 per month or $0.06 per day. Coverage begins on the original purchase date, and is valid for 1 year (12 months) after the purchase date. If your glasses cost $99 or less, we offer a protection plan for just $15 with the same coverage as indicated in the terms of service.
**Proper care should be taken when cleaning your eyeglass lenses, using only an approved lens cleaning solution along with soft, lint-free microfiber cloths.
