The reason I became an optometrist is: I have worn glasses since the fourth grade and every time I visited the eye doctor, I left seeing better than when I came in. Sometimes I did not even realize that vision needed improvement. The entire experience in all those years was always very positive. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Treating them like family and educating them that your eye health is just as important as how you see with your corrective lenses. In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with family, watching sports-Phillies, Eagles, and Penn State.

I enjoy practicing full scope optometry, but I have a passion for pediatrics. The reason I became an optometrist is: I believe that vision is our most important sense. I was originally drawn to optometry because it is one of the few healthcare fields that really allows you to spend time with and get to know patients.
