About Dr. David Lopez

Dr. David R. Lopez, a therapeutic optometrist, received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology, from the University of Houston, in 1972. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1975. In 2001 he completed additional training and received his license as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. His practice offers comprehensive vision and eye health examinations, contact lens fittings, and Lasik co-management. Dr. Lopez has been a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and the Harris County Optometric Society since 1976.

About Dr. Robert Luckey Jr.

Dr. Robert E. Luckey is a board-certified optometric physician. He is a proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University (Class of 2002) and has practiced in both a large ophthalmology practice and private optometry practice. Dr. Luckey's experience includes two externships in ocular disease at large ophthalmology practices. Dr. Luckey is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), the Florida Optometric Association (FOA), and the former president of the Hillsborough Society of Optometrists (HSO). Dr. Luckey is married and has two wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking (bikes and motorcycles), kayaking, and traveling. Before Dr. Luckey's optometric physician career, he served in the U.S. Military for fourteen years. He began his military career as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare Specialist and continued in his career as a combat/flight medic.

About Dr. Malia Ma

Dr. Malia Ma received her undergraduate education from Colorado State University with a bachelor in Biology. She earned her doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University, where she focused on service by working as an ambassador for the university and volunteering as an Amigos member in elementary schools, Special Olympics, and underserved communities both locally and abroad. Dr. Ma seeks to serve the eye care needs of adults and children alike, with a special interest in conditions like dry eye, contact lenses, ocular disease, diabetes exams, LASIK and cataract evaluations and emergency eye care. Although a Hawaii native, Dr. Ma has traded her hula skirt and surfboard for hiking boots and a snowboard and now calls Colorado her home. She is an active member of the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and pupper, camping, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.
