In my spare time, I enjoy working out, hiking with my dogs, and traveling. My favorite part of helping my patients is giving someone glasses or contacts for the very first time.

Dr. Grace is a graduate from the University of New Mexico. He received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston. Dr. Grace is therapeutically licensed and an optometric Glaucoma Specialist. As a licensed optometrist, Dr. Grace provides exams, diagnoses, and treatments of all disorders that affect the eye or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Grace is also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. With this background, Dr. Grace is trained to recognize a range of health issues; such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and hypertension. Dr. Grace works hard to stay current on the latest advances in eye health and vision care and regularly attends continuing education seminars and advanced training courses.

Dr. Granado-Chaney is an University of Houston College of Optometry graduate. She completed externships in ocular pathology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and in primary care at the Centre Boston de Optometria y Ofthalmologia in Madrid Spain. She has completed course work in Public Health from the University of North Texas. Dr. Granado-Chaney is a therapeutic optometrist, and as such she is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular medical conditions as well as being an optometric glaucoma specialist. She is a member of the AOA, Texas Optometric Association and the Dallas County Optometric Society. She is a Diplomate, in the American Board of Optometry.

How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? By providing quality and compassionate eye care to patients of all ages in my community. By creating an environment of cultural competence and inclusivity while in my care. It is of utmost importance that patients not only leave their exams and live their lives with the best vision and ocular health as possible, but also with confidence in me as their provider and a better understanding of their health. Hobbies/Interests: Mountain biking, traveling, reading, video games with my son, taking my dogs to the park, and crafting with my Cricut.

During my tenure as an active duty naval optometrist from 2011 to 2023, I had the privilege of delivering comprehensive ocular health and commissioning examinations to military members and their beneficiaries. This experience allowed me to not only serve our dedicated service members but also make a meaningful impact on their families' well-being. I take immense pride in providing routine and emergency eye care services to our community, knowing that my work enables individuals to enjoy their best possible lives. My passion for helping others through the realm of optometry has been a driving force throughout my career. I find great satisfaction in ensuring that people have access to high-quality eye care, which, in turn, contributes to their overall health and quality of life. In addition to my professional career, I'm also a dedicated "hockey mom," actively supporting my children's love for the sport. I'm a passionate skier, finding exhilaration on snow-covered slopes.

What drives your passion for optometry? I get up every day knowing that I’m going to help my patients see their best and help preserve the vision of those with eye diseases and injuries. That is very satisfying to me. How are you helping patients live their best lives? Vision is our most important sense. So much information is taken in with our eyes. I aspire to optimize and protect my patients’ vision. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? I hope to achieve my patients’ vision goals and exceed their expectations. I want them to be as excited as I am to be in our office. How are you impacting your local community? I’m a proud volunteer for Remote Area Medical Corps which provides vision, medical and dental care to those who can’t afford it. Hobbies/Interests: I’m on the panel which determines Golf Digest Magazine’s America’s 100 Greatest Courses. I recently completed playing all the courses on that list.

Providing comprehensive and emergency eye exams, as well as, fulfilling routine vision concerns, such as glasses and contacts. Dr. Sean Gretz is a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor's degree in cellular neuroscience from St. Lawrence University in New York. He then completed his professional training at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, where he graduated in 2018 with clinical honors. Following graduation, Dr. Gretz completed a residency program in primary care and ocular disease at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Gretz provides comprehensive, primary eye care with a focus on ocular disease and emergency medicine. He is currently a member of the Maryland Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In 2022, Dr. Gretz achieved Diplomate certification from the American Board of Optometry. In his spare time, Dr. Gretz enjoys cooking and watching movies. He has recently relocated to Maryland with his family.

I absolutely love doing specialty contact lens evaluations – there’s nothing like seeing a patient with poor vision light up once they get their scleral or gas-permeable contact lenses in! Hobbies/Interests: I love traveling, reading, good coffee shops, and spending time with my husband and our five children!
